Creators Sylvia and Henry are uniquely qualified as dog trainers. In addition to owning a large licensed kennel facility, both have multiple University degrees, teach animal care and behavior at Indian University NW, are Red Cross certified trainers of pet CPR and first aid, and own multiple dogs and cats including Delta Society certified therapy dogs (Beagle and Doberman). The video was compiled from over 10 years of real life training of customer dogs, with additional commentary and instructional material.
